Over the years we have run a number of events in Sherborne, which have become established within the town.
These events not only raise funds for both local and international causes, but also provide much valued entertainment for the Sherborne Community.
Your chance to catch up with some of the best foreign films. There is a mixture of drama, action, comedy, thriller and tragedy, sometimes many found in one movie. The Festival not only provides the community of Sherborne with the opportunity to see foreign films which would not otherwise be shown locally, but also to raise funds for charity.
Now in its 18th year, Classic & Supercars can now be regarded as one of the premier classics and supercar shows in the South of England with upwards of 2,000 cars on display, from veterans to the latest supercars.
An annual charitable event held in the magnificent setting of Sherborne School Courts that starts with a drive around the Dorset countryside and finishes back at the school where vehicles are judged and admired by visitors.
RCSC’s annual golf day at Folke Golf Centre takes place each year in May. The ten-twelve teams taking part enjoy a course in great condition and the generous hospitality provided by all at the club. The event normally raises around £2000 for local charities, which in the past have included Future Roots, and The Countrymen Club, as well as supporting other local causes.
