Lucas is a recently divorced kindergarten teacher locked in an acrimonious custody battle over his teenage son. He is dedicated to the care of his young students, but, unfortunately for him, young Kiara has a vivid imagination and concocts a lie about her teacher. Before Lucas is even able to understand the consequences, he has become an outcast in the town.

When the authorities refuse to charge Lucas due to an overwhelming lack of evidence, the community believe that a predatory paedophile has been allowed to run free in their town. The hunt is on to prove his innocence.

“… one of the most beautifully photographed and perfectly scripted films in recent years”
